Shadow Returns Policy

 

 

Shadow Concepts™ accepts returns under the following conditions:

 

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must include all original packaging, instructions, and receipt.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and unaltered.

 

2. Time Frame:

  • Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
  • Returns received after 30 days and before 60 days are eligible for in-store credit only.

 

3. Inspection and Restocking Fees:

  •  All returns will be carefully inspected before a refund or credit is issued.
  •  Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the item is altered in any way from the original condition.
  • Returns after 30 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

 

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
       

 

5. For international returns:

  •  Items must be marked as a Return or Warranty on the customs declaration to avoid customs fees during the refund process.
  • International customers (outside the UK, including the Channel Islands) are      responsible for all applicable customs duties and charges.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Returns are not accepted on sale-priced items, custom products, or custom colours used on standard products.
  •  Items clearly broken outside the shipping process / not due to manufacturing faults are not eligible for returns.

 

6. Return Process:

  • Please do not send any items back unless you have contacted a sales representative for return instructions.
  • Email sales@shadowconcepts.co.uk to receive return instructions.

 

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items of equal value.
  • If the new item is out of stock, you will need to wait for a restock.
