Domestic Shipping Options:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected service.
Domestic Shipment Processing Time:
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the UK and processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods such as new product drops, holidays, or exceptional circumstances (e.g., COVID-19), shipment processing may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping & Handling Rates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For a shipping estimate, add your desired items to your cart and proceed through to checkout. Shipping options will be displayed. - We reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs based on carrier updates.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or BFPO Addresses:
- Shadow Concepts ships to most BFPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery to these destinations. We will be in contact if we are unable to fulfil the order.
- Input P.O. Box Address as standard.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- If you don't receive the confirmation email, you may have entered your email incorrectly. If so, please contact us at sales@shadow-concepts.co.uk. You won't receive a confirmation email during the weekend, as these are outside operational hours. If you created an account on our site, you can log in to view tracking information, account details, address book, and order history.
Damages/Lost Packages:
- Once your order leaves our warehouse, Shadow Concepts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Royal Mail Helpline: 03457740740

International Shipping Policy:
- Shadow Concepts offers international shipping options to Mainland Europe through FedEx. You can see the list of available countries at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in their destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled or collected by Shadow. - International shipping can be expensive due to the size, weight of packages and destination country. The exact amount for shipping and duties will be displayed at checkout.
- We also have several dealers that might be closer to your location.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Shadow Concepts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
For international returns:
- Items must be marked as a Return or Warranty on the customs declaration to avoid customs fees during the refund process.
- International customers (outside the UK, including the Channel Islands) are responsible for all applicable customs duties and charges.
